President's Council Meeting - October 2007

On October 16, 2007, the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation held a retreat in the Old Executive Office Building (Washington, DC). At the meeting, Myrka Dellanos presented a President's Volunteer Service Award to Martin H. Ellsworth.
